The Service allows you to record audio using your device microphone.

• Audio recordings are processed locally on your device
• Audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription
• We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers

2.3 Transcripts and Notes

We collect and store:

• Transcribed text from recordings
• AI-generated notes and summaries
• Text you manually input

These data are stored securely in the cloud and are accessible only to you. You may delete them at any time.

2.4 Documents and Files

The Service allows you to upload documents (such as PDFs or images).

• Uploaded documents are stored locally on your device
• Documents are not retained on our servers
• When you request AI analysis, document content may be securely transmitted to third-party AI providers solely to fulfill your request

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect limited Usage Data, including:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• App interaction events and performance metrics
• Crash and error diagnostics

This data is used for reliability, security, and product improvement.

2.6 Analytics and Diagnostics

We use third-party analytics and monitoring tools, including PostHog and Sentry, to understand usage patterns and detect errors. These tools do not receive your audio recordings.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Transcribe audio and generate AI-assisted notes
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support
• Improve app stability, performance, and user experience
• Secure the Service and prevent misuse
• Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing and Model Training

• User Content (including audio, transcripts, notes, and documents) is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models
• We do not use your data for internal or external model training
• AI processing occurs only to deliver requested features in real time

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including:

• OpenAI (AI text generation and reasoning)
• Deepgram (speech-to-text processing)
• Agentset (AI orchestration and retrieval systems)

These providers process data solely to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your Personal Data.

We may share data only in the following cases:

• With service providers necessary to operate the Service

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards, including contractual protections, to comply with applicable data protection laws.
